IRSPM Commitment to Conference Safety

IRSPM is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming and professional conference experience for all participants.

We expect all conference participants (administration, volunteers, speakers, attendees, and other guests) to abide by this code of conduct at all events (in-person and virtual) including sessions, meetings, interviews, recordings, receptions and ancillary activities.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. 

Harassment includes but is not limited to inappropriate actions or statements based on characteristics such as race, colour, ancestry, national origin, political beliefs, religion, marital status, physical or mental disability, sex, age or sexual orientation or any other category protected by state law. 


Harassing behaviour includes but is not limited to: 

  • Suggestive or inappropriate behaviour or language
  • Unwelcome jokes or comments
  • Harassing photography or recording
  • Circulation of written or graphic material that denigrates or shows hostility toward an individual or group
  • Sustained disruption of talks, presentations or other events
  • Inappropriate physical or virtual contact
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking or following 
  • Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviour

Anyone who feels they have been discriminated against, harassed, threatened, intimidated, has observed or witnessed violations of this code, or has other concerns is encouraged to immediately report these instances. To do so, you may send a note to the conference@irspm.org email, which closely monitored by our administration. 

Alternatively, you may contact leaving at message at the in-person event registration desk.

The IRSPM may take any action to address those who violate our principles. Penalties may include verbal warning, ejection from the meeting without refund or other measures the IRSPM deems appropriate. Retaliation for complaints of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Notifying the IRSPM does not constitute or replace a notification to local authorities and all violations of the law or civil conduct can and should be reported to local police or law authorities.

EXORDO Data storage and data policy

ExOrdo servers are hosted in Germany on servers that we manage ourselves. The servers will auto failover to a mirrored datacentre in Dublin. These servers are patched daily. Our team are the only people that have access to your data.
