Host site selection 2026 and beyond

The hosting of the annual IRSPM conference is an important decision for the Board of Directors, given its seminal role in the establishment and the ongoing activities of the Society. In addition, the conference and its location represents a significant opportunity for the Society and the Host.

We are now looking for applications for the year 2026 and opening a call for Expression of Interest to be submitted via the host site selection application form. 

If you are submitting the application for the year 2026, please fill in the form and send it to conference@irspm.org by 30 October 2023.

The applications will be reviewed by the IRSPM Host Site Selection Committee and a short-list of potential hosts will be presented to the IRSPM Board Meeting in April 2024.  Presentations will cover the items on the application and any additional requests for information from the HSSC / Board.  Immediately following this meeting, applicants will be notified of the outcome of the Board's decision on their application.
